National Rescue Award for swimming teachers and coaches
This week I successfully completed my National Rescue Award with some fellow swim teachers. It was a fantastic, fast paced course which helped me feel really confident in managing and supporting someone if they got into difficulty either in or out of the water.
The course covered working as an individual and as part of a team in general day to day practice and in an emergency. The course was delivered brilliantly at Penzance Leisure Centre by Nick.
